Thom Cross has been a licensed architect in Pennsylvania since 1983. In that time, he has practiced on numerous urban planning and adaptive reuse projects in and around the Philadelphia area. Most recently Thom has developed projects for the reuse of two separate church properties in order to protect the building stock, repurpose an aging row home as a vital clinic for an inner-city rehabilitation hospital, developed transit oriented mixed use projects in Philadelphia and surrounding first ring suburbs and various medical, institutional, and higher education projects. Thom also believes in giving back to his community and chairs on the Cheltenham Township Planning Commission. In that capacity he has helped develop proactive plans to address highway, public transportation pattern planning, infrastructure, and gateway planning/engineering issues, and future land use analysis and growth planning.

Jeff Regan provides a pragmatic approach to projects with his more than 30 years as a co-owner, along with Steven Kline, and President of Regan Kline Cross’ affiliated general construction company, Regan Construction Co., Inc. He provides our clients with reliable consultation for the successful execution of their projects through the budgeting, bidding and construction process. Jeff also excels in envisioning the potential for a project and charting a course that will benefit the intended outcome and realize a client’s vision. He specializes in developing design/build projects and the seamless process of transforming the designs and ideas, through the architectural process, to a successful construction project where the nuances and design intent are incorporated into the construction process.
